I joined The Dallas Morning News in 2015 as a social producer/digital editor, bridging the gap between the audience team and the editorial and commentary section while also serving on the editorial board. In my time there, I've helped the paper redefine itself as digital-first. At the moment, I'm passionate about building relationships around news through digital and community engagement as a part of the newsroom's engagement team.
Before joining The News, I graduated from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication in 2015 with honors. While there I earned my chops producing award-winning, in-depth and investigative multimedia journalism while also pioneering a first of its kind engagement bureau that supported broadcast, paper and radio news outlets across the country.
